 studying well and performing is one thing, but doing what you studied is real ANOTHER thing... managers, HR and also founders plus employer can tell.

This case is very serious, and the reason is only small, scholars goes to school and gets knowledge about what they are to do in theoretical manner and on top of that, workshops are limited in number for scholar to convert the learnt theories into real practice.

For God sake, let us not blame Government, this is rectifiable, let's start simple campaign telling what is supposed to be done and how it can be done ✅👍. 

Second thing we can do is reassuring the companies we have entrusted them to, that the company makes sure it take these scholars into what I can call "INTERIM PRACTICE" to ccumulate the required experience and practical conducts.
