Sorry 😔, it may look awkwardly titled, but the truth is, nowadays everything need a connection to get it done or completed, so, you need connection and network of good people also they have to be skilled with pullable network and it doesn't matter how knowledgeable you are, how smart you look, or how handsome man you are, here matters who you know, and that man who he/she knows.

what actually matter is, people around you, around your  #people's  #network  ,  is there anyone who knows someone that is Hiring?.

HR do this to get proper recommendations from people they trust, that the said employed person will  work harder and smarter to not let down the person tipped Hr in.

These also allow easy tailoring of of an employee, details like habit, endurance, like what makes him mad?  and what makes him excited 😆 ? are surely going to be easily collected by a tipper. So with this a Human resource management desk reduces it's task to almost 50%, as the work of screening a person for the based qualifications will not be done and also controlling will be done by the same tipper and not #management.


This is not to say that most of the HR prefers this, no, this is to say that you need to keep your record as clean 🪥 as you do your teething, especially to people around you, the network that your going to get into.
