Edwin C. Barnes...moved from His local hometown to New Jersey in united States of America...he took freight train to reach there,of which is like from Kigoma to Dar es salaam in term of Distance,. EDWIN KNEW his DEFINITE purpose of doing that, he dreamt of becoming a business partner to the great inventor Thomas Edison Alva.... and off-course he made sure that dream to happen. Edwin prepared hard to make his will known, he was eager to make sure his ideas prospers and his ideas transcend on actual world. With two challenges being bigger than his ability and hard than many of us could anticipate, he managed to go though...one of those challenges being lack of fare for a trip to New Jersey(Where Thomas Laboratory was) and the other challenge was He never knew Edison nor do Edison did. Imagine that, and this is already enough for most of us to fall back and quit doing what we planned or started.
Edwin made his mind up, he knew exactly what to do in the middle of those setbacks, he actual knew what most us know but dont do.. in short he perservered.
On his railroad to New Jersey, Edwin was alone and starved in cold day and night, he finally reached his destination... and went directly to ask for a job at Edison office(he got hired out of his confidence and desire to work...also edison wanted to let him know his place)
He was determined to speak his motive approach... an approach to be Edison business partner, He went far by disposing it to Thomas and well! We can all imagine, the trickster Edison didn't believe and only employed Edwin to show him that he can not be his match.
Five years passed... and a great inventor invented something new, It was called a Dictating machine at that Time, this new machine was an office machine and actually it was later called "ediphone" yes Ediphone.. Edison went back and presented it to his sales team, and off-course the whole team was exclaimed! by it, but they suggested the merchandise should not be taken to the world martketing platforms as it is not fit for that current population.
Edwin C Barnes, hearing all that, He thought(maybe this is my opportunity) so he went on and told Edison, "give me the Dictating machine and I will sell it for you to higher profit".
Edison gave Barnes a device, allowed him to do marketing. Business was good and Barnes got his big break.
Boom💥 Barnes went in the same office (that in previous time was hired at without a contract) and wrote his first contract as a business partner,There he went on building something big( his wealth).

Barnes, had no money, he had no support, HE HAD NO CONNECTION, Thomas Knew nothing about him..
but his wrath for poverty, desire to make it, and exact picture of what he wanted IN THIS from Thoma Edison Alva MADE HIM GO FOR IT WITHOUT FEAR.
